Nitrogen does not get affected by weather change...means tire pressure stays constant

Default He's mostly right...

Racers generally fill tires with nitrogen because it doesn't expand as much as air when heated. Also helps to have 0 moisture.

Unless you hit the track every weekend, don't bother. Air is mostly nitrogen anyways.

nitrogen won't absorb moisture which means that pressure will remain more stable with rising temps

Air is 80% nitrogen and most of the remaning 20% is oxygen. At the pressures and temperatures inside a tire both of these gasses behave as "ideal" gasses. The pressure of dry air or nitrogen will increase linearly, and the same amount, with temperature. It might be that they are trying to keep moisture and/or oil (from the compressor) out of the tire. Nitrogen sold at gas supply houses is very clean and dry and that is the only reason I can think of for using it in a tire as opposed to compressed air.
