What size of the tire i can use safe on BBS CH 18

Right. To be the most safe, 225/40R18 fits in almost every case. I've heard of 235's working, but many required fender modification to fit.

But I initially ran 225/40/18 Kumho 712s. I didn't like how stretched they looked so I switched to 235/40/18 S03s. Those did rub a little (I'm lowered about 1").
I would recommend either a 225/40/18 S03 (since those run wide) or if you aren't too low (an inch or less) 235/40/18s in something other than an S03.
I have since sold the CHs and bought a set of 18x8 ET35 Abt Z6s & 225/40/18 Kumho 712s. The 225/40 Kumhos look fine on an 8" wide wheel.
