What would be the drawbacks/issues with running 4 wheels that are identical except for the offset?

i.e., 3 of the wheels have a 35 offset and one has a 30 offset.
Would there be issues with using 5mm spacers on the three with ET35 offsets and not on the ET30 offset wheel?

The only issues might be requiring longer lug bolts.
Assuming they're all the same width, the the wheels will fit and look the same.
