I plan on getting the A4 5 spoke wheels, which are 5x112, 17x7.5, and have an offset of 35mm. I believe my current wheels (OEM) are 15x7. I need to know the offset of my OEM wheels, and also...since the width of my wheels will increase by .5", will the offset change? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The 35mm offset will push the wheels 10mm further out than the OEM wheels. With the wheels being pushed out the extra 10mm, the 0.5" wider wheel won't be a problem (and will look better too, fills the wheelwell better sitting out a bit more).

Since the tire will be more flush with the outer lip of the fender. Brake clearance should not be an issue either, since the 100's have smallish rotors and calipers versus the newer Audis. I have seen 17x7.5" 45mm S4 wheels run without problems on a 100, so their should be no rubbing issues with the 35mm offset wheels (unless you get real wide tires).
