Where to get 5x114 to 5x112 adapters? I know, not recommended, but it's so hard to find 17x9 wheels!

that are lightweight (my last set weighed in at 220 pounds with tires!!)

as a secondary question....what would be safer: adapters or redrilled wheels?

thanks,
Liam

Default Try wheeladaptors.com

But honestly you'll probably be better off drilling and sleeving them.
It's a common practice and certainly easier to handle than spacers.

Both options are probably equally "safe"..

RH Wheels makes a neat adapter you might want to look into...

Default Best I can do- - ->

There was an article in a recent eurotuner...

There are two adapters available..One is just for RH wheels. The other allows you to cross patterns. For instance, mount BMW specific wheels like Breyton, Hamann or Hartge on say VW's or Audi's.

I found them when I was considering monting Breyton Visions, 17x8.5 on my S4. I ultimately stumbled across a perfect set of Kinesis 18x8.5 instead...

In any event...follow the linky!<ul><li><a href="http://www.rh-wheels.com/multifit.htm">RH Wheels Multi-Fit system</a></li></ul>
