Will 19x9" w/35 offset fit my 2005 A6? Rubbing? Also, what size tire would I need?

And lastly, can anyone recommend a good all season in that size?

Default Offset should be 45mm. 245/35/19 would be the right size.
As for a good A/S tire, what conditions do you drive in? Lots of snow or rain? Do you want the best performance, longest life or cheapest price?

No 45mm offset, only 35, will they still work? I have no idea what that means. Mostly rain.

Default That may rub but hard to say for sure, look at the Goodyear F1 A/S in 255-35-19
a 19x9.0" ET35 is about 9mm past our most aggressive fitment for that car, we typically do a 19x8.5" ET38
