Will the 5-spoke A6 "bowed out" wheels fit on an 2001 A4? Offset?

Will the 5-spoke A6 "bowed out" wheels fit on an 2001 A4? Offset?
I know the bolt pattern is the same, but what about offset? I currently have the Celebration Sport 9-spoke (2001.5) 17's on my car and found winter tires on the 5-spoke A6 wheel. Should it just be "plug and play" or do I have to worry about offset or something else?
