Will '94 S4 5 spokes fit '95 A6?

Yes. However, they will stick out a bit more. If you're lowered, they may rub a bit.
94 S4 5spoke wheel is 40mm offset, 8" wide wheel
95 A6 stock spec wheel is 45mm offset, 7" wide wheel.
So what you're doing is adding a wheel that
a) sticks out more due to the offset being lower
b) sticks out more due to it being wider
Not that the 94S4 has a wider front fender than the 95 A6, partly for that reason. (Rear fender is the same however)
