No they will not fit. You need to run the Hamanns that fit off on an E36 or E46. BMW Wheels do need to be machined to fit but I know a shop that does them for $50 per wheel. The offset on the 5-series is incorrect and the wheels will stick way out. Email me if you want more info on this.
