Default WOW--Audi new 9 spoke wheel...$$$,,and more..

This is interesting...Just purchased ONE new Audi OEM 9 spoke, 17x7.5" Sport wheel(this ONE-- was not made by Ronal)--some refer to it as the RS4 wheel....
Cost $435, CAP --$37, Lug Bolts--$22
Decided to weigh it, felt heavy....26lbs 10oz--almost 27 lbs...
The stock S4 AVUS wheels weigh 28 lbs.
Now, some have criticized the Ronal wheel weights but one should consider this:
Most of our wheels are 17x8" or 8.5" widths for Audi fitment....
Our Aftermarket wheels, at RONAL USA, are made to fit different vehicles...and hence are stronger in that they have to accept higher vehicle weights.
So all things considered..
Our LV--at 17x8" is 19 lbs, and most of our 17"x8" wheels are around 25 lbs...
Granted not the lightest, and not the heaviest...
however, you are getting the highest QUALITY...
and granted, limited DESIGNS...but if you like our designs, and want a QUALITY strong wheel...
you can't go wrong...especially w. the special pricing we extend to you viewers...at app. $180/wheel....
WE also offer complete wheel/tire packages...
and SNOW packages(mtd and bal)....and we recommend the NOKIAN tire lineup for winter use...and have for 3 years...
We offer OEM fitment information, sizing, etc. plus aftermarket fitments on our website..at
the INDEX of CARS section, Audi models...
and if you have questions, you can email them for a prompt response...ronalusa@ronalusa.com
And YES, we do make most of the wheels for AUDI, MBZ, VW, Porsche,BMW, etc. etc. etc.

http://www.ronalusa.com</a

Default Gary what wheels do you actually currently make for Audi

There are many manufactures that Audi and Porsche use. Speedline, Lemers, SM ( the parent company of ATS) Ect.I know the RS4 wheel is made by SM, wheat factory wheel do you currently make? This is in no way intended as a slam, I really want to know.

Default but the "Bear" wheel is only 18 lbs

in size 14x6 :-)))

I wonder how much wheel weights it takes to balance that thing :-)

Default Yup, Ronal makes the S4 Avus wheel and either the 16" A4 5-spoke wheel....

...or the 16" 7-spoke Audi "sport" wheel from a few years back. I had both of those wheels on my A4 and one was made by Ronal and one was made by Speedline....I can't recall which was which though.

Default Ronal and OEM wheels....

Ronal makes about 75% of the wheels for Audi,
about 85% for MBZ, and about 75% for VW, and smaller %'s for other mfg's, inc. BMW, Saab, Porsche, etc...Most European Tuning wheels...like
Brabus, Lorinser, Alpina, Hartge, AC Schnitzer, Oettinger, Carlsson, and many more....
We also make wheels for GM, Ford, etc...and most Japanese car companies...
There are several wheel companies, that supply small #'s of wheels to the car manufacturers...inc. Audi, VW, MBZ, etc......
RONAL's main emphasis is the OEM marketplace, and the car manufacturers, place their trust in Ronal to manufacture the wheels--based on their own designers and engineer inputs... to the highest QUALITY STANDARDS.
This is the primary reason why the car manufacturers have chosen RONAL to produce their Factory(OEM) wheels for them...

http://www.ronalusa.com</a
