Spark plugs 1 and 2 respectively. Notice the condition of #1. It has significant wear, and needs to be replaced. Besides the oil of course. The thick brown line around the top of the threads is indicative of burning oil. Or so I saw on a Youtube vid. Correct me if I'm wrong. :D
