204 miles of range

Although that kind of range is not something to brag about these days, it is on par with its competitors in the market. For example, Jaguar’s I-Pace has 234 miles of range. Both fall short of the Tesla Model X, though, which boasts a noteworthy 289 to 295 miles of range.

Now, something priced this high will turn a lot of people off. However, if you’re in the market for an Audi and an electric vehicle at that, the fact of the matter is that this deal is on par with current market prices. The aforementioned I-Pace starts at $70,525 while the Model X has a starting price of $90,700.

Fast charge that keeps you on the go

When we’re comparing the e-tron to other electric SUVs, it is worth noting this vehicle charges up pretty fast. Charging at 150 kilowatts, which is standard at most public charging stations, the car can recover approximately 50 miles per ten minutes of charge and 160 miles after a half hour.

A powerful driving experience

Being a vehicle designed by Audi engineers, there are some performance advantages here, courtesy of the company’s superior technology team. For one, there are two motors on the vehicle, with one mounted in the front and the other in the rear. This means the E-Tron comes with all-wheel-drive as a standard feature. The car is outfitted with a 95kW-hr battery pack that helps deliver 355 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque. When in “Boost Mode”, it’s able to kick out 400 hp and nearly 500 lb-ft of torque.

Comfortable ride

The e-tron is a well-designed EV, with a spacious cabin that affords passengers a comfortable ride regardless of whether they’re seated in the front or back. The well-appointed, modern design features all throughout, and a thoughtful acoustic strategy that blocks out much of the outside noise make for a more peaceful ride.
