Though we've still got several months left in the 2023 calendar year, the 2024 automotive model year has officially arrived, meaning that we're in line for some updates, refreshes, and redesigns from every automaker out there. Audi is no exception to this rule, and recently released all of the pertinent details about the changes in store for its own lineup. Here, we've condensed all of that info for our readers - in this case, all of the updates present in the 2024 Audi passenger car lineup that shoppers will want to know about.

A3, S3, & RS 3

The Audi A3 was treated to a complete redesign for the 2022 model year, but still sees a few minor changes for 2024, regardless. That list includes a new 18-inch wheel for the optional Black Optic Sport Package, while HomeLink has now been integrated into the rearview mirror as part of the optional Convenience Package.

The sporty S3 gets the Carbon Atlas Structure Inlay treatment as standard, along with Nappa leather seats (optional for Premium Plus and Prestige trims)

The range-topping RS 3 gets the Carbon Atlas Matte Inlay, and red stitching/accents in place of green with the optional RS Design Package.

A4 & S4

For 2024, the A4 lineup gains a host of standard features including Adaptive Cruise Control, Parking System Plus, Audi Active Lane Assist, the Heated Steering Wheel with Hands on Detection (HoD), and remote engine start via the myAudi app on all models, save for the A4 40. Meanwhile, the Navigation Package adds Traffic Sign Recognition and Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control, too.

The Navigation Package is optional on all Premium Plus trimmed A4 models for 2024 (it's also standard on the Prestige), while the exterior color palette has also been updated, with Arkona White replacing Ibis White and Progressive Red Metallic replacing Tango Red Metallic.

Here in the United States, the A4 is available as a sedan, the A4 All Road, and the S4 sedan.

A6, S6, & RS 6

For 2024, the A6 has received a mid-cycle refresh that brings forth a revised front grille and rear diffuser, along with new wheel options, a revamped dash design, and various other tweaks. On the outside, that includes the addition of standard matrix LED headlights, remote start via the Audi Connect app, and the Adaptive Cruise Assist display, which is available via the Convenience Package or Premium trims and is standard with the Premium Plus, which also gets the new LED interior lighting package.

The 2024 A6 adds four new exterior colors - Arkona White, Grenadier Red Metallic, Tango Red Metallic, Madeira Brown, and Ascari Blue Metallic, while also dropping Ibis White, Tango Red, Soho Brown, and Ultra Blue.

And, as most are well aware by now, 2024 is the debut year for the new RS 6 Avant Performance, which generates 30 more horsepower and 37 additional pound-feet of torque compared to the regular RS 6 Avant - which itself gets new exterior and interior trim for 2024.

In addition to the A6 sedan and RS 6 Avant, the 6 series lineup includes the A6 All-Road wagon and an S6 sedan.

A7, S7, & RS 7

For the 2024 model year, the A7 and S7 get new front grill designs, along with five new wheel designs and various other tweaks. That includes remote start via the Audi Connect app, and the Adaptive Cruise Assist display with the optional Convenience Package, while Premium Plus trims get the aforementioned LED interior lighting package as standard.

On the outside, the 2024 A7 gets four new colors - with Arkona White replacing Ibis White, Madeira Brown Metallic taking the place of Soho Brown Metallic, Grenadier Red Metallic taking over for Tango Red Metallic, and Ascari Blue Metallic replacing Ultra Blue Metallic.

Meanwhile, the RS 7 Performance gets 30 more horsepower and an additional 37 pound-feet of torque. Audi has removed 17 pounds of acoustic damping material to make it lighter as well, with 11 more pounds being reduced via the model's 22-inch wheels - resulting in a quicker 0-60 time of 3.3 seconds.

The Audi A8 received a refresh for 2022, and as such, only gets minor changes for the 2024 model year. Those include the addition of a six-month Audi Connect Plus trial subscription, while Sebring Black Crystal Effect paint replaces Vesuvius Gray Metallic. Otherwise, Audi's flagship sedan remains unchanged for the new model year.

That includes standard LED interior lighting, Power Steering Plus, and illuminated doorsills, while the Prestige trim adds standard HD matrix LED headlights with Audi's Laser Light feature. Both EV sedans also get the previously mentioned six-month Audi Connect Plus trial subscription to boot.
