Use your 21mm equipped breaker bar on the caliper carrier bracket to spindle bolts, they will offer high resistance but once broken loose you can/should use your powered 3/8 speed ratchet to back them fully out. Set the complete assembly on top of the rotor/dust shield, you do not need to further support the caliper if you are careful as it will not fall even when you remove the rotor.
