I have B&O and my issue was the dust shield adhesive failed, when removing you can angle it out around the deck materials if you unscrew the 4 deck screws to allow slight "lift" and then sliding the edge of the speaker into that lifted area then the opposite side "up and out" I lifted the rear side into the gap then the front up to unplug and remove
